Rick’s McLean's Spirit Name is Animiqwoam  meaning “thunder and lightning” in Ojibwe, and this is how the messages are delivered, with excitement, enthusiasm and electricity!  We have been reaching people, agencies and companies for 20 years using a unique blend of formal counselling, theatre and music, medicine wheel teachings and state-of-the-art assessments like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Personality Dimensions (True Colors™), the Emotional Quotient Inventory and Ontario Health and Safety Standards.

Our passion is to be the lightning spark that ignites new growth in people and organizations.   We rumble against the doldrums that keep us mired in unproductive status quo, and give real tools and models to use for positive change.  Youth or Elder, big companies, small agencies or individuals seeking out their path can see the benefits of investing their precious daily energy into the Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual directions for a well balanced approach to productivity and growth.

We have trained the staff of five-star restaurants like the Ancaster Old Mill, the entire management team from Mississaugas of New Credit, motivated the newly formed youth education council of the Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians, provided training for the Ministry of Universities, Colleges and Training as well as providing one-to-one counselling.
